Has anybody else noticed the difference in prices around Asia for Body Shop? Previously the difference in price between Singapore and Thailand-the prices seemed much higher in Thailand. The prices now seem to be very similar in "bodyshopthaiIand".
Re; 'Body Shop' Yes I did notice a significant difference in prices between the two countries Body Shops - I used to travel to other Asian countries - now the prices seem to have levelled out in Body Shop in Thailand.
Prices in Hong Kong also seemed lower than other countries I visited while traveling for my last holiday in Asia. However the prices in Thailand Body Shop were previously higher than anywhere else. I would like to know why this is for many other brands not only thailand Body Shop. Now it seems that they have brought the prices down for thailands bodyshop
Re; Body Shop I think the difference in prices is not the fault of Thailand Body Shops, but rather has to do with the structure of Thailands import tax for luxury goods
why hadn't body shop of thailand try to do something about this before?????,by lowering the prices since I and probably many others would buy more products from Body Shop then.
Myself- I really like 'bodyshops' but I have also noticed this in my past ravels around Thailand and other countries in Asia. Does Thailand really tax that highly? - now I know they have brought all prices into line I will be happy to buy their products more(bodyshop) .
The sizes of product containers could be changed in Thailand to reflect the higher prices there-like maybe smaller amounts then the prices would be more affordable I am sure then many locals would then discover and purchase products from bodyshop.
I see what you are saying regarding bodyshop in thailand. The fact is in Thailand most of the population shops very much with price in mind,since they have to make do with a lower living standard and wages. BodyShop have now - finally taken this into consideration and made some changes to pricing. They would benefit a great deal. Their products are the best but were out of range of many Thai peoples budget if they chose to shop in Bodyshops in Thailand.

I think Body Shop has a lot of very good products so the news that the prices here in Thailand are going to better match their stores in other Asian countries makes me personally very happy. Its about time BodyShops made this move.
